There are lots of ways to register. You can register online with a check or credit card at http://www.stsi.net/~gypsy/gamepage/index.html and follow the link that says "register" (or go directly to http://order.kagi.com/?QEY. You can play the game and in the Apple menu open "About Killer Dice...", there you will find an address where you can mail a check or money order. Or you can use the Register form that comes with the game, which allows you to pay by check or credit card or First Virtual, and either email or fax the information to the address listed there.
Direct Payments: If you mail payment directly to me, make sure to include the Game Code from the game (choose "Register" from the Preferences menu and in the Register window you will find your unique Game Code), along with your name, address, and email address. If you pay by money order or cashier's check, I will send your registration code as soon as payment is received. If you pay by personal check, I will send the code once the check clears the bank. All direct payments must be drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars. If you include an email address, I will send your code via email. Otherwise, it will come by postcard. Send payments to:

Don't be confused by two different mailing addresses, this one and Kagi below. Both will get to me, this one just gets to me a little bit quicker if you're sending it by mail.
Online Payments: Pretty straightforward. Just fill in all the blanks and click the "Continue" button. Make sure to fill in your Game Code in the “Additional Comments....” area.
Register using the form that comes with the game: Double-click Register and fill in all the blanks. The form accepts many different payment methods such as: US Check, Money Order, Cash (in many different currencies), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, First Virtual, and Invoice (to be given to your Accounts Payable department). When you choose your payment method (check, credit card, etc.), further instructions will appear directly below the payment method. Make sure to fill in the quantity, your name, address, and email address, as well as your Game Code. If you pay by credit card or First Virtual, make sure to click on the envelope icon for further instructions. And no matter how you pay, click where it says CLICK HERE-ENTER CODE. This is where you will enter the Game Code.
Getting your Registration Code: If paying by cash, credit card, money order, or First Virtual, the Registration Code will be sent to you as soon as payment is received. If paying by check, the Registration Code will be sent as soon as the check clears the bank. If you’ve provided an email address, it will be sent via email, otherwise it will be sent via postcard. If you've registered an earlier version of Killer Dice, just send me the new Game Code via email or regular mail, and I'll send you the new registration code for Killer Dice 1.4.
If paying with credit card or First Virtual, you can email or fax the data to Kagi. Their email address is sales@kagi.com and their fax number is +1 510 652-6589. You can either Copy the data from Register and paste into the body of an email message or you can Save the data to a text file and attach that file to an email message.
If paying with cash or USD check (United States dollars) you should Print the data from Register and send it to the address shown on the form, which is:

You can pay with a wide variety of cash from different countries, the exchange rate is built into Register. If paying by check, it must be a check drawn in U.S. dollars. Kagi cannot accept checks in other currencies. If Invoice is your payment method, this does not mean we will bill you. It's up to you to tell your Accounts Payable department to pay us. Print three copies from Register and send it to your Accounts Payable dept., make sure they know to include a copy of the invoice with their payment.
